Organization & cocktails

It’s been a week since I posted here. We had a great time off in Florida. The weather was perfect; food was awesome and seeing good friends was priceless! Plus, I got to visit a LYS. Knit 'n Knibble has everything you can think of – including cookies and pies.

No major damage to the savings account was done; just four skeins of Cascade 220. Photos coming soon. And now that we are in the topic, do you have tips for organizing your stash? Going through mine is becoming a little scary. I need to do something pronto!

Here is my wishful thinking / strategy:

• Sort stash by fiber & color
• Take photographs and create a Raverly catalog using “My Stash”
• Organize yarn in a storage unit and notions in Mason jars
• Have a cocktail and/or some brownies to celebrate my efforts
