This was my first time spinning Woolgatherings fiber. I must confess the color seemed a bit too pink at first. Pink won. I now love the fiber's screaming brightness to death!
The important stuff:
- Woolgatherings BFL 4 oz
- Dye Lot: BFL04301101
- Spun like: butter
- Project page: here
I'm linking in with Tamis Amis WIPs.
Thanks for stopping by. Hope you have a fibery week!
Wow! That's beautiful! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Maria. I'm very happy with how the singles turned out.
DeleteGorgeous!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by Leah!
DeleteIt spun up beautifully! Like a bed of flowers!
ReplyDeleteAww; thank you.
Deletevery pretty! I love pinks but with 4 boys I don't get the opportunity to knit with it often but this is a really nice colourway
ReplyDeleteFour boys? You are my hero :-) Thanks for stopping...I've discovered your blog and I am already a fan. Is beautiful!
DeleteGorgeous! I am not a pink girl, but add yellow and orange and I am there.
ReplyDeleteThank you! I am the same way about pinks. They need to have companions :-)
DeleteSpinning? I am in awe! This is beautiful, and fabulous colours. Something I'd love to try... but I need another hobby like a hole in my head :))). Again, soo very beautiful xxx
ReplyDeleteYes, my friend. I'm kidding myself into thinking that I can have another hobby! Stop by Atlanta and I'll teach you the one spinning thing I've mastered so far: buying beautiful fiber :-) We can also stop by Eat, Knit, Sleep to enhance the stashes. And why not, drink and eat some. :-)
DeleteSo pretty, I love BFL - and your singles all look so nice and even!
ReplyDeleteThanks you Stefanie! BFL is my favorite so far. I have Polwarth coming next to the wheel.
