New Year. New opportunities.

And I am back! The last month was hectic in all fronts. It made me a bit gloomy to be absent from here…but, there are so many battles one can fight.
Currently in the needles is a garter extravaganza shawl. High Plains Drifter is a pattern that fits the bill when interruptions are expected and abundant. I decided to use a random variegated yarn from my stash for the main body.  For the border I am using a vibrant Corriedale yarn bought during the holidays. Who can’t resist a visit to a not so local yarn shop?

The shawl temporarily lives on this gorgeous bag from JennaRose Handmade. Thanks Christine for enabling me. I couldn’t wait to get mine after seeing your bag in your beautiful Instagram feed.
