From the fantastic Craft South: Quince & Co. Puffin in Shell (left) and Gingerbread (right). The yarn is 100% American wool and comes in skeins of 113 yards. I would love to combine these two skeins in one project.
From my first visit to Haus of Yarn, this Danica Studio zipper pouch. It was super affordable and better yet, my purchase supported "Education without Borders".
Also from Haus of Yarn, this gorgeous Malabrigo Nube fiber in color Sabiduria (Spanish word for wisdom).
Finally, this Shawl pin.
I'm super happy with my purchases and with supporting brick and mortar yarn shops.
Lovely purchases! Though I love knitting shawls, I've never really wanted a shawl pin, until now: yours is gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteThanks Kristin. I wish I saved the receipt to tell you about the brand. Found something similar on this Etsy store:

So many lovely things! The colour of that fiber is gorgeous...I can hardly wait to see what you do with it....get started! LOL
ReplyDeleteHaha. I would not have a problem doing fiber arts all day. If only the days were longer. Happy weekend, Christine.
DeleteI have yet to try the Quince & Co. It looks so squishy :) Great enhancement!
ReplyDeleteI love Quince's yarns. Thanks for stopping by, Maryse. I am waving from Atlanta ;-)

ReplyDeleteThose are beautiful purchases, that Quince & Co. will look lovely combined together!
ReplyDeleteThanks Tahnee. I am thinking the yarn would be perfect for either a Peppermint Candy or Garter Gaiter cowl. Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteI hope I have already told you what a gorgeous blog you have. You do a great job with visual presentation over here. I love your stash enhancements, and I LOVE your Spindrift!
